REGISTRATED aka Regina San Martino

I’m a visual artist and performer. My practice moves between drawing, mural painting, installation, and performance. I work from the personal to the collective, exploring themes such as identity, the body, fear, motherhood, and lies. My work brings together the poetic and the political, the intimate and the social, the handmade and the conceptual.
On this website you’ll find both personal projects and commissioned works —murals created with local communities, collaborations with other artists, and pieces made for commercial or private purposes. I’m interested in shared creation, in the dialogue between languages, and in the possibility of art happening beyond the museum: in the street, in bodies, in encounters.
I love working with my hands —sewing, building, painting, shaping and transforming materials are all part of my process. For me, art is a way to connect, to tell stories, and to heal.
I’m always open to new collaborations, artistic or commercial.
